If you are looking for an administrative document or environmental information :
In compliance with Decree n° 2005-1755 of 30 December 2005 on freedom of access to administrative documents and the re-use of public information, adopted in application of Law n° 78-753 of 17 July 1978, RTE (in its capacity as a private legal entity responsible for a public service) has appointed a person to manage access to administrative documents. This person also ensures that members of the public are able to obtain environmental information in RTE's possession, in accordance with Decree n° 2006-578 of 22 May 2006 on public information and participation in environmental matters.
In a decision dated 19 March 2007, the RTE Executive Board appointed Mr Alain FIQUET, Legal Affairs Director, as the Person Responsible for Access to Administrative Documents and Environmental Information.

to handle requests for access to administrative documents and information relating to the environment; also, to handle any claims and ensure they are investigated; acting as liaison between the public authority which appointed him (RTE) and the commission for access to administrative documents (CADA).
