Nathalie Lemaître, Managing Director of the Customers Systems Innovation Division

A graduate of the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA) in Lyon and an IHEDATE auditor, Nathalie Lemaître began her career at EDF in 1991, working in the control of materials for the nuclear generation fleet, before joining the national dispatching department in 1997. 
When RTE was created, Nathalie helped to set up the mechanisms governing relations between electricity providers and RTE. From 2004 to 2015, she held various management positions, then leadership positions, in the entities responsible for operating the electricity system and participated in coordination between European system operators. In 2015, she joined RTE’s Île-de-France-Normandy delegation as Director of Public Affairs. From 2020, Nathalie Lemaître was Regional Delegate for the Île-de-France and Normandy regions.
