Régis Boigegrain, Managing Director of the Infrastructure Management Division

Régis Boigegrain joined RTE in 2006 as Deputy Director of Human Resources, before becoming Sales Director from 2012 to 2016 and then Delegate for the Île-de-France-Normandy region from 2017 to 2020. From 2020, he was Executive Director in charge of interconnections and the offshore network.

Régis Boigegrain is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Postes et Télécommunications (ENSPTT) and the ESC Clermont Business School. He was previously Generale Representative of the Union Française de l’Electricité from 2002 to 2006, and Chief of Staff to the Managing Director of the Caisse Nationale d’Assurance Vieillesse (French national pension scheme) from 2000 to 2001. Régis Boigegrain also held several ministerial positions in the natural gas and telecommunications sectors between 1995 and 2000. He is an auditor in the 8th maritime issues and strategies major of the 2nd national session of the French Institute for Higher National Defence Studies (IHEDN).
